5.2. What Data is Shared with Partners

To Nova Poshta:

  • Recipient’s full name

  • City and delivery branch

  • Information about parcel contents (product name, weight, declared value)

WayForPay Receives:

  • Payment amount

  • Payment card data (processed directly by the payment system; we do not store full card details)

  • Email for sending the receipt

5.3. Data Protection During Transfer

All third parties to whom we transfer your data are obliged to ensure its confidentiality and security. We enter into agreements with partners that guarantee the protection of personal data.

Data transfer to the Nova Poshta API is carried out via a secure connection using encryption. Payment data is processed through the secure WayForPay gateway, certified according to the PCI DSS standard.

5.4. API Integrations

Our site is integrated with the following external services via API:

  • Nova Poshta API: for calculating delivery costs, searching for branches, creating express waybills (TTN), and tracking delivery status.

  • WayForPay API: for processing online bank card payments.

Data is transmitted via secure protocols (HTTPS/SSL). Each API integration has limited access only to the information necessary to perform its function.

We do NOT sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent.

6. Storage of Personal Data

6.1. Storage Period

We store your personal data for:

  • The period established by the legislation of Ukraine (e.g., tax laws require document storage for 3 years)
